Resources for Victims of Human Trafficking
If you are a victim of human trafficking, you can submit a request to block information related to your circumstances in your Weimark report via the Human Trafficking Victims Form.
- Identity information (name, ssn, dob, previous names, current and recent full address)
- Identity documentation (Government issued Photo ID)
- Documentation verifying your status as a victim
- A list of items in your report that were impacted by human trafficking
